How Does Reimbursement Work? Each month, licensed care providers who partner with Wildwood Food Program submit their claim (including menus and attendance) either on paper forms or through online software. After the details have been verified by our staff, approved claims are submitted to the state for payment. Payments are made to providers once per month for claims received by the 5th of the month. Participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program requires keeping your license in good standing, on-going training in several topical areas, annual enrollment of each participant in your program, and adherence to CACFP meal patterns as listed and required by the USDA. If you would like to learn how you can join the Wildwood Food Program and be reimbursed for feeding healthy food to the clients in your care, please call our office at 303-730-0460. We work with Licensed Homes in both Wyoming and Colorado along with Adult and Child Care Centers as well as At Risk After School Programs in Colorado.
