Income Eligibility Guidelines:
Income eligibility guidelines are used to determine if a child care provider will receive Tier 1 or Tier 2 rates. If a provider does not qualify for Tier 1 rates, this chart can be used to determine if a provider will be paid Tier 1 rates for an individual family or for their own children.
If (as a child care provider) your household's gross income, before deductions, is less than or the same as the amounts listed for your household's size on the chart below, you will be eligible for the child care Tier 1 reimbursement. You will also be able to claim your own children for meals served to them when serving day care children for the same meal.
