How Does Reimbursement Work?
The reimbursement amount paid to In-home Child Care Programs and Child Care Centers is based on the income of the parents who have children in your care. Once an Income Eligibility Form (IEF) is completed by the parents, you will be able to determine the reimbursement rate for that child.
The Income Eligibility Form can be found under Forms & Documents. Current Household Income Eligibility Guidelines, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 are listed below.
Care programs are reimbursed for a limited numbers of meals and snacks served to the enrolled children per day. Accurate menu and attendance records must be kept and foods items served must meet the CACFP Meal Pattern. Care providers submit records each month to receive reimbursement for creditable meals served in their program. Wildwood provides training and oversight to programs that we sponsor to ensure they meet the CACFP guidelines.
