How Does Reimbursement Work? Each month, licensed care providers who partner with Wildwood submit their claim (including menus, attendance, and other details as requested) either on paper forms or through online software. After the records have been verified by our staff, approved claims are submitted to the state for payment. Payments are made once per month for claims received by the 5th of the month. Participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program requires keeping your license in good standing, on-going training in several topical areas, annual enrollment of each participant in your program, and adherence to CACFP meal patterns as listed and required by the USDA.
