One or more children dropped off my roster
Children drop off your online roster after their enrollment form has expired and we advance the calendar to the next month in the Minute Menu KidKare system. Give us a call and we'll quickly reactivate impacted children so that you don't miss any reimbursement for their meals. You will need to submit a renewed enrollment by the end of the month or they will fall off again when we advance to the next month.

I didn't get my monthly payment as expected
We submit all provider claims received by the 5th of the month to the state at the same time, and we can only do this once each month. Any claims received in our office after the deadline will be processed and paid with the next month. Give us a call and we'll be happy to verify when your claim was received to ensure we have it and let you know when you can expect the payment.
